The Menu Extra holds applications that do not work from a task list. You open it with the Menu Extra tile on the main menu (see User guide - Main menu). F1 Return takes you back to the main menu.

Each application has its own page below this one.
Who sees which application
Each extra application has its own task group type. When task groups are set up, you only see an application when you have an active task group of that type. The Menu Extra tile itself appears when you have at least one of them. When no task groups are set up, everyone sees all applications.
When you leave an extra application with F1 Return, you go back to the Menu Extra.
