Update existing WarehousePro Server instance

When installing an update containing database changes for the SAP Business One Database, make sure to restart all connections to the Database. This includes SAP Business One Clients, but also DI-API and Service Layer sessions.

Start the B1ProSuite Software Platform application if it has not yet started and login if needed.

Navigate to Packages > Applications .

Select the application to update and click "Settings".

In Service tab, select packet “WarehousePro – <Version>”.

In Connector tab, select via which Connector (DI-API or Service Layer) the connection to SAP Business One should be made. The Service Layer is recommended.

In License tab. Assign an available license.

Check the B1 ProSuite Software Platform installation manual for instructions on obtaining (temporary) licenses.

Click “Update”.

Updating settings will cause an application restart and will disconnect any connection to the WarehousePro Server instance. Clients and Add-Ons need to reconnect.

If necessary, the database check can be performed again via the "Validate DB" button.
