Transport Definitions

The different transport methods need be configured in order to deliver items from and to the right place .

• Warehouse The warehouse from which the items needs to be taken

• Warehouse location The warehouse location from which the items needs to be taken (only for bin managed warehouses)

• Deliver immediately Mark the checkbox when items needs to be delivered immediately (Transport Days set to 0)

• Transport Days Days needed for transport to delivery. For example: 2 days from today means that the delivery date is +2

• Active Mark checkbox to activate the Transport definition for selection

• POS, ShowroomApp and SelfScanApp Def. Mark checkboxes for the applicable applications to set the default Transport method (only one checkmark per column is allowed)

• Item Property Choose the item property to set restrictions on. This means that only for these item types the Transport Method can be used

Item properties can be defined in the Item Master Data (tab properties) of SAP Business One

• Item Restriction Mark checkbox to set a restriction on items for the selected transport method as defined in in Item Property

• Sort Order Sorts the different Transport Methods of the list.
