POS Settings

Several time-out settings can be configured.

  • Ajax call time-out

  • Print Ajax call time-out (ms)

  • ATP Ajax call time-out

It is advised to only adjust the settings mentioned above when default settings often result in Time Out errors in the RetailPro application or when advised by RetailPro Support Engineers.

  • Automatic customer search after (ms)

  • Automatic item search after (ms).
