Self-ScanApp Settings

Only specific settings for Self-Scan app are described. Other settings will be adopted from current Branch Server Settings.

Checkout Self-Scan as

All orders will be added using one fixed saving method which must be selecting from the available methods that are set up in the Branch Server. This settings cannot be overruled using the Self-Scan App.

The options for this Self-Scan App will be:

• Save in Point of Sale.

• Save in SAP Business One as Order.

• Save in SAP Business One as Quotation.

Only when saving in RetailPro Point of Sale application, changes can still be made before releasing it to the SAP Business One system.

Field visibility

As also available for RetailPro Point of Sale application and Showroom App the Branch Server settings will be extended to select field that need to be visible for the Self-Scan App.

• Finish from itemview allowed Shortcut checkout directly from itemview screen.

• Change transportdate allowed Option that customer can change the delivery date.

• Show item image (in overview menu).

• Show item image (in search menu).

• Show item image (in info menu).

• Show item image (in Order Service menu).

• Show contact person(s).

• Ajax call tim-out (ms);

• print Ajax call time-out (ms);

• ATP Ajax call time-out (ms).

It is advised to only adjust the settings mentioned above when default settings often result in Time Out errors in the RetailPro application or when advised by RetailPro Support Engineers.

Default payment method

These settings determines the payment details when processing the documents:

• full prepayment;

• down payment;

• payment afterwards.

Theme

The options are Fiori, Fiori Dark and Belize Plus.

URL

The URL link to the web application.

Shipping method
