Order Service Settings

It is possible to use Order Service on specific items. In order to configure this function for the RetailProBranch(es), first step is to create a service item in the Item Master Data menu of SAP Business One.

  • To use the Order Service, mark the checkbox

  • It is an option to make this function mandatory. A message will then appear when wrapping up items in the application.

  • Check for matching items checks all items on the Transport method of the Order Service Item.

These functions are only available in the ShowroomApp and Self-ScanApp
