It is possible to use Order Service on specific items. In order to configure this function for the RetailProBranch(es), first step is to create a service item in the Item Master Data menu of SAP Business One.

To use the Order Service, mark the checkbox

It is an option to make this function mandatory. A message will then appear when wrapping up items in the application.

Check for matching items checks all items on the Transport method of the Order Service Item.
These functions are only available in the ShowroomApp and Self-ScanApp
