Install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 (of higher) if not already installed on all systems where RetailPro components will be installed. |
Make sure that the correct version of Visual Studio C++ 2012/2013/2015 is installed. A system reboot might be needed after installation! |

Install Crystal Reports Runtime 64 bits version (installation files can be found in SAP Business One’s B1_SHR or B1_SHF shared folder. Use the CRRuntime folder in “Client.x64” (or “Client” when using 10.0)). This step can be skipped when SAP Business One Client (64 bits) is already installed.

Install the MS SQL ODBC driver (corresponding to the Microsoft SQL Server version) or SAP HANA driver. This step can be skipped when SAP Business One Client (64 bits) is already installed. |

Make sure to have access to a database User with sufficient authorizations to Create it's own required database and maintain (create, alter or drop) components and read and alter data in this database's tables. |
