Click on Open documents to see all documents from that specific customer that have status "open". There is no filter option. Click on Show Details.
Only Open Credit Memo's and Open Sales Quotations are presented.
Selecting a Credit Memo will use the amount as settlement for new sales.
Selecting a Sales Quotation will load the contents into your basket to edit.
