Find customer

In the search mode you can find existing customers. The search function searches through several different data sets:

  • Customer details (name, customer code, contact person and customer card number)

  • Telephone

  • Address details

  • Zip code

Maximum five search terms can be filled in. Split each value with a space.

When a customer has been found, click on the customer. The customer overview screen will be opened. Select the customer by clicking on the right below.

Click on the Reset button on the middle below to get back in the Find customer screen.

Adding new customers

When in the Find customer screen, click on New on the right above to add a new customer. Enter required information. Click on Save on the right below.

When adding new customer with the exact same address of an existing customer, this will be detected and the user is presented with the option to use the existing customer or continue adding the new.

Some fields can be made mandatory when adding or editing customer data.

Edit customers

When in the Customer Overview screen, click on Edit on the left below to change the customer details. Enter required information. Click on Save on the right below.

Customer history

When a customer is found use the Customer History button in the Customer overview screen to see all historic documents from that customer. You have the option to filter on specific criteria: Sales Order, Invoice and delivery, From a specific date.

The data is retrieved directly from SAP Business One and is not stored locally in Branch Server data.
