Issue Description
We want to add translations for the languages above for all static text throughout the management portal.
Solution
Added option to select from the following languages:

English
-
Dutch
-
German
-
French
-
Polish
-
Dutch (Belgium)
-
French (Belgium)
User can select the preferred language
Changing the language does not affect a page's filters.
If a translation could not be loaded, the system falls back to English by default.
