787: Make stock correction functions handle quantities below 0.1

Issue Description

Stock Corrections cannot handle quantity below 0.1

When bin has a quantity stored below 0.1, we cannot correct it.

Solution

Code is fixed so that this functions properly.

Now it is possible to enter any quantity greater than 0 (zero).
