Issue Description
When adding weight managed items, it is not possible to add an item which as a UoM with 0,001 times the stock uom.
Customer has a config where we have a base Uom of Meters, but also have the Mm measurement available.
Solution
Changed validation for Unit of Measurements to have a quantity greater than 0 (zero).
