517: [New Feature] Replenishment

Issue Description

We need a mechanism that can detect that picking bins (for example) have insufficient stock, but can be replenished from other (bulk) bins in the warehouse.

Solution

This new feature brings multiple changes:

1. New Client Module is available. This needs to be activated for Task Groups.

2. The management portal has received a new Definition screen where Replenishment setup for Items can be managed. Only users with the correct portal permission can access these Definitions.

3. Replenishment tasks can be generated from WMS Client and Management Portal.
