Exchange Rate information for SAP Business One

Using Aiden Connect it’s possible to automate the flow of importing exchange rates from the European Central Bank (ECB) directly into SAP Business One.

Euro foreign exchange reference rates

The reference rates are usually updated at around 16:00 CET every working day, except on TARGET closing days.

They are based on the daily concertation procedure between central banks across Europe, which normally takes place around 14:10 CET.

For more information on this procedure we refer to the documentation by the ECB: https://data.ecb.europa.eu/methodology/exchange-rates

For SAP Business One you still need a User this can be a indirect user. also the right needs to have full read / write on company settings because we are reading CompanySettings and setting exchange rates.

Exchange rate are pulled from the ECB with the following link https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml

This integration is created for SAP Business One standard Exchange rates module. It calculates a indirect or direct Exchange rate on basis of the settings in your SAP business One system.

It is possible to setup the system to setup the exchange rate for future rates if your setup requires an exchange rate in future moments.
