Customer Identification
The Self-Scan App will start by requesting the customer’s card number. This can be a generic Business Partner company card (ERP Customer Code) or a personal company contact card. This Card ID has been generated from RetailPro Point of Sale.
When entering the contact’s personal card number, this will select both the Business Partner and Contact Person for the sales order. Otherwise no contact person will be selected.

Entering an incorrect card number will display the message: “Incorrect Card Number entered.”
