Archiving Picklists
As of version 3.3.8.0 it is possible to enable Picklist archiving for Sales documents. The option can be enabled by navigating to Administration > Setup > WarehousePro Settings > Picklists > Settings in the SAP Business One client and open the Archiving tab.

To enable the option for archiving picklists, you can specify the age in months, with the default setting being 12 months.
When enabled, the archiving process will be initiated every day starting from the configured Start Time and will automatically stop (even when not completed) at the configured End Time. The process will only archive data with status Completed or Cancelled.
Screens where documents are shown which can be archived, have additional options to display archived data.


It is not required to enable archiving options, but it might help speed things up when there are many picklists stored in the system.
The archiving procedure only archives Sales documents related picklists and it’s related data. Picklists for Inventory Transfers or Production Orders are not being archived.
Please note, that dashboard features will be affected by archiving data and will not take archived data into account.
