Archiving Picklists

As of version 3.3.8.0 it is possible to enable Picklist archiving. The option can be enabled by navigating to Administration > Setup > WarehousePro Settings > Picklists > Settings in the SAP Business One client and open the Archiving tab.

To enable the option for archiving picklists, you can specify the age in months, with the default setting being 12 months.

At this stage, screens containing links to picklists are not ready to display archived picklists.

When enabled, the archiving process will be initiated every day at 1:00 am.

It is not required to enable archiving options, but it might help speed things up when there are many picklists stored in the system.
