Users

Open SAP Business One and make sure the RetailPro Addon is running.

Go to Administration > Setup > RetailPro > Users

The minimum of SAP Business One users is one. This can be an indirect user. Make sure that the user is connected to an Employee in Employee Master Data form.

Make sure that the checkbox License is marked.

In order to fill in Employee Master Data click on the "Golden Arrow" of tab Employee.

Per RetailPro user the following settings can be marked:

• Application Which applications to work with: Point of Sale, ShowroomApp or both

• Language English or Dutch

• Administrator User is able to configure several settings

• POS password The password that is needed to use the applications

• Authorizations Select the authorizations of the RetailPro user. Period closing, Document discount, Line discount, Returns, New customer, Edit customer, Delete receipt, Approve discount, Checkout document and Default values.

Click on Update to save the settings.
