Working with Proof of Delivery Monitor
Introduction
Login to the Proof of Delivery Monitor application using the URL as setup in B1ProSuite Platform. Check the Configuration Guide for more detailed information on how to determine the URL and how to create User Accounts.

Depending on your User Account's role there are several menu items available on the left hand of the screen.
This document only focuses on the Monitor role. For more information on Config or Admin role, please check the Configuration Guide section.
Task Overview
The Task Overview gives an overview of (WarehousePro) Routes and their current status. From this overview the routes can be monitored, released or cancelled.

A brief explanation of the features:
The screen always opens with a "current week" filter. Adjust Date From and Date To to change the date range of visible Routes.
Adjust Route Status filter to focus the list on routes with a specific status. By default the screen is filtered to display all routes (in the current week).
It is possible to release and print multiple open routes. Check the# boxes to combine. The Release Routes field will be highlighted. Following screen will be opened when clicking Release Routes button.

By default, routes can be only released when (WarehousePro) Picking is complete. Open documents in a route are visible on the Release Routes screen and the status changes to Warning when releasing Routes with open documents.
Routes with open documents can still be processed by selecting Ja on the message screen.

The Edit Document button can be used to see the content of the route (documents and addresses). and depending on the status (Open, Released), the addresses can be re-arranged.

Use the arrow buttons to move an address up or down the list. Make sure to Save your changes.
Use the Edit Route button to access functions to Release or Cancel the route.

Accessibility of these functions depend on the route's status.
The Release Route button is only active on routes with status Open.
The (Re)Release Route button is only active on routes with status Released and Cancelled.
The Cancel Route button is only active on Released or Pending routes.
The Print button is only active on routes with status Released.
When the Release Route button was used a Route ID will be generated. This Route ID is required to access the route from Proof of Delivery App.

Click the :link: button to view the complete URL to access the route in Proof of Delivery App.

Click the Print button to view the output of the Crystal Reports file as described in Configuration Guide.

This document can hold a Datamatrix Code or QR Code to access the URL more easily from a mobile device. Crystal Reports Barcode objects are not integrated with the Proof of Delivery App and must be purchased seperately from a supplier of your choice.
The route is now available and accessible from the Proof of Delivery App.
Transaction Overview
The Transaction Overview displays the transaction status of each task in a route.

Per address or "stop" in a route the transactions will be bundled.
Click on the button in the Transaction ID column to check details of the transaction. When a stop is still In Route there's no Transaction ID visible in the button.

The top section of the screen displays some header information:
Customer and Customer Name Display the business partner of the transaction.
Insert Date Displays the timestamp of the start of the transaction.
Transaction Date Displays the (last) timestamp of the transaction.
Transaction Status Displays the current status of the transaction.
If the status is Error, there will be a button to Retry the transaction or ignore the transaction.
If the status is Processing, there will be a button to Put transaction in Error status. Use this when transaction is stuck on Processing status.
Transaction Message Displays the (last) error message of the transaction.
Transaction ID The current transaction's identifier.
Route The name of the (WarehousePro) Route.
Route Date The date of the route.
When using recurring routes in WarehousePro, the same route name can occur more that once with a different Route Date.
Route Link Displays the unique identifier for the route. Button is active on released or pending routes.
Route Status Displays the current route status.
Address The address of the current stop.
The lower section contains multiple tabs where transaction steps and collected data can be viewed.
Transaction Result
Displays all transaction steps that were created by Proof of Delivery Service. The Status column show the current status and Message column contains the error message in case the SAP Business One transaction fails. Click the :box: button to see "the body" of the transaction step.
Route Document info
Displays the original and collected data of the documents in the route stop. Select the relevant document from the Document drop-down list.
The Planned column displays the original quantity of the document.
The Delivered/Returned column displays the quantity that was confirmed.
The Rejected column displays the quantity that was rejected by the customer.
The Stays at customer displays the quantity of rejected items which were delivered to the customer.
Rejected Items
Displays the information of all rejected items. Select the relevant base document from the Document drop-down list.

Route Payments
Displays a summary of payments made by customer. The Payment Method, Amount Paid and Pay Date are displayed per transaction.
Route Payment Documents
This tab displays the totals to be paid per base document. This information can be used to trace back how the amount to be paid by the customer was calculated.
Customer Signature
This tab contains the confirmation information collected from the customer.

The Name, Email Address and Signature were entered manually at delivery in Proof of Delivery application.
The Email Status displays if Proof of Delivery sent a confirmation email. If this was unsuccessful, the error message is displayed here.
The Email Report button contains a copy of the attachment that was sent to the provided email address.
The confirmation information will not be available from SAP Business One.
Logging
The Logging tab displays all events processed by Proof of Delivery App.

Tip
Filter on date or Right-Click on the column headers for sorting and filter options.
Click on the blue text in Message column to open the content in a larger window.
Logging will be available for a maximum of 5 days. This will clean-up automatically.
