Authenticating your bank connection

Every 90 or 180 days your authentication for the Bank Connectivity portal needs to be refreshed. Five days before expiration, you’ll receive daily notifications until the connection has been either restored or deleted.

Refreshing the authorization is easy and straight forward by clicking on the relevant bank account tiles.

Only people with access to the online banking with proper authorization by the bank, can perform this authentication

  • After clicking the tile, you will receive an information screen from our partner https://tilisy-sandbox.enablebanking.com/ with Terms and Conditions.
    Enable Banking is a registered service provider (Account Information Service Provider, AISP) and supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (the FIN-FSA), the EU bank and many other local country banks.

  • Press on the button [Continue Authentication] to proceed to your online banking where approval must be given to the correct bankaccount and next approval for access to account balance and transactions.

    Example given for RABOBANK (NL):

After and if authentication was successful, you will return to the Bank Connectivity portal, at the overview / configuration screen.

You now have successfully extended authorization for a new period of 90 days, during which the Bank Connectivity portal can retrieve bank transactions.

You can always revoke this authorization for the Bank Connectivity portal from on you online banking.
