Authenticating your bank connection
Your bank’s consent for the Bank Connectivity portal usually expires after 90 days. You’ll receive email notifications before it expires, until the connection is renewed or deleted.
Only someone with access to online banking and the right authorisation from the bank can renew the consent.

Log in to the Aiden portal.

Click the tile of the bank account you want to renew.

Click Refresh consent.

Follow the steps at your bank. These differ per bank.
After successful authentication, you return to the portal automatically. Your connection retrieves bank transactions again, usually for 90 days.
You can always revoke this authorization in your online banking environment
